When Will I See Results?
Joseph Pilates famously said: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.” At Rise Reformer, we believe this journey starts the moment you step onto the carriage. While every body is unique, you can expect to feel more connected, aligned, and energised within your very first few weeks.
Your First Few Classes
During your first few sessions at Rise, you'll get comfortable with the reformer carriage, the resistance springs, and the signature movements. Our instructors provide personal attention to ensure you learn how to adjust the equipment to your body, focusing on breath and alignment as you build the foundation for your pilates journey. It's a supportive time for discovery and connecting with the rhythm of the studio.
After 1–2 Weeks
You'll begin to notice more energy and improved sleep patterns. As your body awareness increases, you'll start feeling taller and more connected to your core throughout your daily movements.
After 3–4 Weeks
This is where physical changes become visible. You'll likely notice better muscle tone and improved posture. Strength gains make classes feel more intuitive, and your flexibility will have noticeably improved.
The Long-Term Journey
After 8–12 Weeks
This is where the magic happens. You’ve built a solid foundation, and you’ll likely notice significant changes in your body composition. Expect visible muscle definition, dramatically improved core strength, and a noticeable shift in how you carry yourself. Movements that once felt challenging now feel empowered and controlled.
