Ryan
Ryan has always loved movement, he did martial arts as a child, and then started Yoga at the age of 17, and was hooked immediately. He then went on to become and Yoga teacher, and taught Yoga for many years. However, his Yoga gradually softened to become much more focused on meditation and rest, and he started looking to other movement practices to find mobility and strength. He loves to move his body in many ways. From animalistic movements to ecstatic dance sessions, as well as mobility focus and strength training. He’s also a massage therapist and is forever fascinated by the human body. He gradually began to fall more and more in love with Pilates. He loves the feeling of deep core strength it gives him, and how it has made all the other movement practices he enjoys more easeful and enjoyable, as well as just everyday tasks. He’s never felt so strong and mobile, and Pilates has played a huge role in this. He’s trained in Mat, Reformer and Cadillac, and looks forward to doing his Chair and Barrel training soon.
Sharon
Hi, I’m Sharon, a movement fan, world explorer and lover of the outdoors. After swapping many years of education for wellness, I guide students through an experience that cultivates both strength and freedom—an invitation to deepen the mind–body connection and move with intention. My Reformer classes are infused with creativity, positive energy, and a sense of play - drawing inspiration from the many disciplines of movement I’m passionate about. Each class becomes a unique blend—an evolving expression of curiosity, integration, and discovery. Expect feel-good, fun classes that will challenge and support you, whatever your mood. I create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your edges, build strength, and leave feeling empowered and ready to take on the world! I thrive from keeping things fresh and innovative, always offering options and modifications so everyone can move in a way that feels good for their body. A lot of such, is down to the use of props. I often add these in, in weird and wonderful ways to get you out of your head and into your inner landscape — and to add a little extra magic, you’ll be invited to choose an affirmation card before class. I can’t wait to meet you on the Reformer and guide you on a journey towards a healthy, happier and more balanced version of you!
daisy
I started out in ballet and after 20 years moved into the circus industry where I spent over 15 years performing professionally, teaching and honing my skills. I bring my background in circus, contortion, hand balance and classical dance into my Pilates classes to give you the perfect mix of functional strength, flowing movement and creative sequences.
My focus is always on you as the student meeting you exactly where you are and helping you build confidence, control, and awareness in your body. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, improve flexibility, or support other disciplines, each session is designed to be progressive, accessible, and tailored so you can safely challenge yourself and see real, lasting change in your body
