What is reformer pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a great way to build strength and tone your body while moving through a full range of motion. Using the equipment's springs and resistance, you’ll work your muscles in a controlled way that helps create long, lean definition. Smaller stabilising muscles are working too, helping improve balance, control, and overall strength. While it offers a strong and effective workout, it’s low impact, making it suitable for almost everyone. With the support of an instructor, it’s also a great option if you’re recovering from injury, as the movements reduce pressure on your joints while still helping you rebuild strength safely.
